Brett has a background in Economics and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI). He was also served on the Board of the WA Chapter of PMI 2009-11. Brett has project management experience from a broad range of industries including commercial and residential construction, mining non process and process infrastructure, civil construction, health and government (State and Local). In addition to delivering projects, Brett has been training Microsoft Project since 2006 and extended his training for Primavera P6. His training has particular emphasis on a clear and practical approach to using P6 & MS Project with the outcome being increased productivity in the workplace and efficiency with planning and delivery of projects.

Sandy Forrest is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience leading growth, operational transformation and value creation across technology, professional services and workforce solutions businesses. He has held executive accountability for organisations with revenues exceeding $100 million and has successfully scaled founder-led businesses, built high-performing leadership teams and implemented strong governance frameworks. Sandy brings deep expertise in business development, operational excellence, performance culture and strategic execution. His career highlights include delivering 320% revenue growth, leading enterprise sales expansion, managing large multi-disciplinary teams and guiding organisations through significant growth and organisational maturity.

Marc Binns is a highly experienced project and commercial leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex projects across Defence, transport, aviation, government, education, commercial property, energy and industrial sectors throughout Australia, Africa and the United Kingdom. He specialises in project delivery, commercial management, procurement, governance, risk management and project controls, helping organisations successfully deliver large and challenging programs. Marc is recognised for his practical leadership style, strong stakeholder engagement and ability to bring clarity to complex delivery environments. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and achieving successful project outcomes through disciplined planning, governance and execution.

Richard, Director of Projects, has over 15 years experience in Australia in the building and construction industry and has managed a wide range of projects from public building office fitout refurbishments to defence building redevelopments, education expansions and upgrade and commercial retail developments. Richard specialises in Client Side Project Management, Superintendence and experienced in design, procurement, tender evaluations, contract administration throughout construction and commissioning stages. He is a Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM) and qualifications in Civil Engineering. He has specialised knowledge and expertise in AS 4000; AS 4902; AS 2124 contracts, as well as ECI; Lump Sum, Cost Plus models.

Max has over 15 years experience in the planning of construction projects, from business case, through design and construction stages. He is a master in Microsoft Project with extensive knowledge in construction and methodologies of construction. Max has a broad range of projects experience including Commercial developments, Residential Apartments, Aged Care, Multi-use Developments, Education, Hospital and Health Centres, Refurbishments and Hotel developments. Max is a registered building practitioner, with a Degree in Civil Engineering Technology and Diploma in Project Management.

Anna Anderson is the Business Systems & Capability Manager at Successful Projects, responsible for improving the systems, processes and learning frameworks that help individuals and teams perform at their best. Anna combines practical project delivery experience with expertise in business systems, project controls software, training and capability development. She develops and delivers capability-building programs for both internal teams and client organisations, helping individuals strengthen their project delivery, planning and scheduling skills. Anna leads initiatives that transform specialist knowledge into accessible resources, including learning pathways, practical examples, competency assessments and knowledge libraries. By leveraging technology, structured learning and continuous improvement, Anna helps accelerate capability development, build organisational knowledge and reduce reliance on one-to-one training, enabling staff and clients to become productive, confident and self-sufficient more quickly
