Brett Anderson

Brett Anderson

Director

Brett has a background in Economics and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI). He was also served on the Board of the WA Chapter of PMI 2009-11. Brett has project management experience from a broad range of industries including commercial and residential construction, mining non process and process infrastructure, civil construction, health and government (State and Local).

In addition to delivering projects, Brett has been training Microsoft Project since 2006 and extended his training for Primavera P6. His training has particular emphasis on a clear and practical approach to using P6 & MS Project with the outcome being increased productivity in the workplace and efficiency with planning and delivery of projects.

Karen is an accomplished senior executive who has extensive skills in commercial leadership, sale, service, human resources, operations, marketing, governance, and stakeholder management. She is an Executive Leadership Team member with exceptional skills in leading commercial environments during significant business transformation and the people leadership, communications, and change initiatives to support them.

Karen leads organisational objectives and productive relationships, strategising and recommending ways in which to achieve and maintain a competitive business edge. She has the acumen for maximising performance and inspiring colleagues. She can visualise success and identify unconventional yet highly effective strategies for achieving it.

Craig McNair

Craig has over 15 years of experience in project and construction management and implementation of projects at various stages to ensure project completion was completed safely, on time; within budget; in accordance with the provided scope of works and to the required level of quality.

He has extensive experience in large Commercial retail, hotels and hospitality, high-rise residential developments, Industrial warehousing, luxury apartments and student accommodation for both client-side project management and main contracting.

Planning Manager

Max has over 15 years experience in the planning of construction projects, from business case, through design and construction stages. He is a technically proficient with a strong background in civil engineering and construction and is a registered building practitioner.

Max has a broad range of projects experience including Commercial developments, Residential Apartments, Aged Care, Multi-use Developments, Education, Hospital and Health Centres,  Refurbishments and Hotel developments.

TG Walunj

TG Walunj

Lead Planning Consultant

TG is a seasoned project planning professional with 16 years of experience in multiple projects across different industries. He promotes industry best practices for Planning and has demonstrable experience in developing project schedules for mining, construction, civil, infrastructure and marine industry.

He has extensive knowledge of project complexities with a thorough understanding of the intricate relationship between design, purchase, production and test operations. He also has practical skills in the application of Quality Management, OH&S and HSE objectives

Jade O'Connor

Jade O'Connor

Planning Admin

Jade is frontline to the Successful Projects Planning team and the liaison for Clients. She is critical to the efficient day to day running of the Planning team, including the job scheduling and workload management, with quality assurance and checks along the way.

Jade works alongside Max, the Planning Manager, to deliver exceptional service to our Clients.
