Our Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
When we use artificial intelligence (AI) at Successful Projects, we use AI in a secure, responsible and carefully governed manner to support high quality project delivery. Our approach prioritises the protection of client information, data security and professional standards at all times.
Our Approach to AI
We view AI as a tool to assist in enhancing productivity and improve efficiency of our work. All AI use is governed by our ISO 27001 aligned Information Security Management System and internal AI Use Policy.
Our Approved AI Platform
Successful Projects adopted the enterprise version of Microsoft Copilot, operating exclusively within our secure Microsoft 365 environment. This platform provides enterprise grade data protection, meeting our security, privacy and compliance obligations.
We do not use public or consumer grade AI tools for any work involving client or company information.
How We Protect Client Information
Protecting client confidentiality is central to the way we work. To ensure that AI never compromises this, Successful Projects applies strict controls including:
- AI usage is restricted to our secure Microsoft 365 environment.
- We do not upload client data, commercial information, documents or project content to any non-approved or public AI platform.
- AI outputs undergo mandatory human review to confirm accuracy, completeness and appropriateness before use.
- AI generated material is stored only in approved company systems that meet our ISO 27001 requirements.
- Staff complete mandatory AI governance and security training.
These controls ensure that information entrusted to us remains protected at all times.
Human Review and Quality Assurance
AI assists our team – but never replaces professional judgement. Every AI assisted output undergoes human review to ensure:
- Accuracy and correctness
- Professional and technical quality
- Compliance with information security standards
Staff remain fully accountable for all work produced.
Blocked AI Tools
To protect confidentiality and comply with security obligations, the following are not used for company work:
- Public AI/chat platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity
- Personal or consumer AI accounts
- AI tools outside Microsoft 365 are not permitted; unless approved in advance for specific circumstances by nominated, authorised staff
