EOT Claims Management

We examine program schedules to identify the cause of delays and disruptions during the project. We combine our expertise in construction, infrastructure, civil, mining and resource industries, with the Critical Path Method to deliver supported assessments.

In preparing an EOT (Extension of Time) claim, or review an EOT claim, we organise and review documentation in chronological order of events, impact the project schedule and review their management in accordance with the contract.

In preparing a Counter claim we gather evidence, analyse contractual agreements, and Identify gaps and faults in the opposing claim. We present a compelling case, with an evidence-based claim response.

As expert witness we assist courts or arbitration tribunals in understanding complex technical matters related to the construction program, sequence of events and the Contract. We compile evidence and provide expert reports to clarify positions with supporting facts.

Our project controls and quality processes, identifies, mitigates and addresses issues before they escalate into formal claims. Our claims prevention system helps to anticipate, manage, and resolve issues promptly, promoting project success, maintaining relationships, and safeguarding against costly disputes.
