This project has already received significant Western Australian and Commonwealth environmental approvals for the development of mine, process plant, village, infrastructure, slurry pipeline transport system, borefield, power transmission and ship loading facilities at Geraldton Port to produce and export 10 million tonnes per annum of high purity magnetite concentrate. Sufficient resources and reserves have been identified to support this production rate for at least 40 years

Successful Projects is working with the Client’s Project Schedulers for the planning and delivery of the Implementation Study for the Extension Hill Magnetite Project.

This role initially required the development of detailed costed schedules for each area of the project to successfully support business plans and funding applications and has now progressed to schedule management of the delivery to key project milestones.   Successful Projects has worked with the Client to prepare systems documentation for later stages of the project including Basis of Schedules requirements documents capturing schedule requirements, schedule review and approval procedures and progress reporting requirements. Further, we have made recommendations for the coordination of Basis of Schedule requirements with contractual conditions.
