Successful Projects are engaged with the Engineering subcontractor to assist with the successful planning and delivery of multiple construction projects.

YANDICOOGINA FIXED PLANT MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP

The Fixed Plant Maintenance Workshop project involves the design, procurement, construction, fitout and commissioning of a new workshop, office administration building and associated maintenance facilities and services.

The project scope includes:

• An eight bay workshop (four internal) with two overhead travelling cranes to service mining equipment
• Workshop Services and Facilities include electrical, communication, waste water treatment, internal and external concrete laydown bays, potable water and fire detection services
• Wash down bays with a drive in sump, drying pad and oily water treatment systems
• Tool store Annexe
• Offices, meeting rooms, crib facilities and ablutions
• New roads and parking

HOPE DOWNS ENVIRONMENTAL CONCRETE PROJECT

The Hope Downs 1 Environmental Concrete Project comprises the supply, fabrication and installation of environmental concrete at multiple areas on the Hope Downs 1 mine site.

Successful Projects role involves the building of a Primavera P6 project schedule for the project, to track and record project progress and to prepare client reports.
