Common Ground Facility East Perth
The East Perth Common Ground forms part of the Perth City Deal’s Homelessness Housing Projects, a partnership between the State and Australian Governments, and the City of Perth, which is providing housing and support services to vulnerable people. Successful Projects were appointed as Superintendent’s Representative and Client’s Representative by Department of Communities to deliver this 112 self-contained apartments along with communal areas, on-site support services and commercial space.
Riva Como Apartments
The Riva Como Apartments is a new residential development overlooking the Canning River, comprising 9 levels of waterfront living, 121 apartments, rooftop pool, BBQ areas, private seating zones, and residents’ dining with kitchen facilities, homage to the area’s art deco architectural heritage but expressed in a modern style. The residential unit mix comprise 1, 2 and 3 bed units and penthouse with basement parking. Successful Projects providing Superintendent services from pre-award through project execution.
Kalamunda Community Centre
The Kalamunda Community Centre features seven activity rooms, two halls, office space, a kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor play areas and a viewing deck. Successful Projects was appointed as Project Manager and Project Superintendent by the City of Kalamunda to deliver this major community project.
