Common Ground Facility East Perth
The East Perth Common Ground forms part of the Perth City Deal’s Homelessness Housing Projects, a partnership between the State and Australian Governments, and the City of Perth, which is providing housing and support services to vulnerable people. Successful Projects were appointed as Superintendent’s Representative and Client’s Representative by Department of Communities to deliver this 112 self-contained apartments along with communal areas, on-site support services and commercial space.
Landgate Office Refurbishment
The Landgate office in Midland underwent extensive internal and external modernization as part of a major refurbishment. Successful Projects were appointed as Project and Program Managers on behalf of Landgate to oversee the office relocation and coordinate the project team responsible for installing new network, IT, and ICT equipment. We managed internal Landgate staff across various service streams, providing project updates, tracking key tasks, and monitoring program progress.
Piara Waters Secondary College Stage 1
Piara Waters Secondary College Stage 1 is a New high school accommodating 750 mainstream students and 80 Ed Support students. Successful Projects were engaged to provide regular site updates and programming to assist with the actual progress performance, forecasting and assessment of EOT claims. T
