Art Gallery Rooftop Development | Construction Planning
AGWA Rooftop development is for the redevelopment of the existing rooftop at the gallery. The rooftop will be one of the largest, commercially-available rooftop venues in Perth, accommodating up to 500 people. The roof also features an open-air sculpture garden. Further, a new lift shaft is being constructed in order to increase accessibility to the roof.
Role
Successful Projects were engaged by the Department of Finance to prepare design stage programs, reviewing the contractor program on tender award, and contract administration support. The project experienced delays due to the discovery of various latent conditions. It was also delayed with fabrication of structural steel, procurement of glazing and supply of timber decking
Outcomes
We supported the Principal with assessing EOT Claims and worked with project team to provide informative updates and risk mitigation strategies.
