Arthouse Apartments | Construction Planning
The Arthouse Apartments is a 16 storey apartment building in Joondalup with the aim of providing city living with high end luxury apartments with boutique finishes, panoramic views of Perth and resort like lifestyle.
Our Role
Successful Projects role was to provide monthly site updates and programming to assist PACT Construction with reporting, forecasting and analysis for client reports. We did an extensive review of the scope of works and arranged the program to meet the Site Manager’s methodology for each level. We performed an independent site update each fortnight and then met with the project manager and site manager to talk through the target program update. Our planning services assisted the project manager and site manager with monthly reporting. Through regular communication, and coordination to include more works within the program, it assisted the Project Manager with submission of Extension of Time claims. PACT effectively used the program to help prepare EOT Claims, and with our assistance, helped them WIN Extension of Time Claims.
