Balga Tafe Campus Redevelopment | Construction Planning
The Balga Tafe Campus Redevelopment Project is situated within the City of Stirling. The redevelopment comprises new three (3) storey building (5,482m2) divided into Zone A and Zone B with an interconnection on Level 01 and Level 02 via covered pedestrian bridges and a Future Trades Block (1,172m2) known as Zone C, also interconnected to the new building.
Role
Successful Projects were engaged to provide site updates and programming to assist the Client with reporting, forecasting and assessment of claims. We worked with the design team and consultants, and Superintendent for North Metro TAFE. Our updates and dashboard report outlined the current completion percentage, key dates, critical activities, a four-week look ahead prevision, and key risks and opportunities to the project timeline.
Outcomes
Our Planning Services assisted the Project Manager and Superintendent’s Representative with our monthly reporting and extension of time claim recommendations allowed for fair and justified extensions of time to be granted for the project. The project was completed to a high quality of standard with Practical Completion achieved in August 2024.
