Chevron HQ Perth | Construction Planning

The Chevron Tower, Perth Headquarters – One The Esplanade project included Design and Construction of 30 floor, high rise tower situated at barrack Street &The Esplanade, Perth. The project includes the construction of a new mixed-use development that will feature commercial office space, apartments, retail, and hospitality. The project will also include public realm improvements such as a new footbridge, improved pedestrian access, and landscaping enhancements.
The Project Works, include the following:

• Long term office accommodation for 1800 ABU personnel in one Perth CBD building
• New fit-out aligned with ABU business needs
• Onsite staff amenities incl. gym, childcare.
• A single IOC for both Gorgon and Wheatstone support remote monitoring & 24/7 operation.
• 100 onsite car bays, 500 bike bays & EOT.
• 100 seats+ auditorium, Conference Centre
• Chevron dedicated lobby with café and informal meeting spaces
• Building technology provisions
• Staff relocation to new amenity
• External team/meeting space, multifunction family & wellness amenities
• PGPA public interactive space
• Implement flexible workspace on an allocated basis (Not implementing unallocated workspace currently).

Role

Successful Projects Professional team was responsible to prepare, monitor and control the Integrated Master Schedule, Program Controls and EOT Claims Services. We assisted the  Project Lead and Project Manager on forecasting Tenant Special Works focusing on Network, Security, AV/IT and Operational Items with weekly progress meetings, lookahead, discuss issues and program risks.

Outcomes

This 29-storey tower, located on the water’s edge at Elizabeth Quay, home to Chevron Australia’s new company headquarters in Perth completed in 2023.
