Eden East Apartments | Construction Planning
Eden East Apartments is for the construction of 62-unit apartments with basement carpark. The project commenced during the COVID-19 pandemic and had various challenges and setbacks. PACT faced various issues with supply chain disruptions and subcontractor performance and resource shortage. The project experienced considerable number of inclement weather days in 2021 which impacted works and resulted in EOT claims
Role
Successful Projects was engaged by PACT Constructions to prepare the Tender Program. Following the Award of Tender to PACT Constructions, Successful Project was further engaged to prepare the Contract and Target Programs. Successful Projects were involved throughout the project with preparing Monthly Reporting Dashboards and assisting with Progress Programs, Extension of Time (EOT) claims and EOT impacted programs
Outcomes
The project commenced August 2020. Successful Projects was involved throughout the project assisting with Monthly Progress Dashboard report, and Contract and Target Program Revisions. Successful Projects provided program assistance with progress tracking and liaised regularly with the Project Manager to achieve an accurate progress of works.
Successful Projects assisted with EOT Impacted programs for PACT to substantiate their extension of time claims. PACT Construction achieved Practical Completion of Eden East 5 weeks ahead of program.
