A new 4 story building with basement carpark was constructed to accommodate some departments of WA Parliament including the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Leader of Opposition Party and Parliamentary Services Division.
Role
Successful Projects were engaged to provide time planning consultancy services throughout the duration of project from Design to Construction. Our methods included attendance at site meetings, assessing actual progress, outlining key risks and critical activities such as long lead steel procurement and the lack of resources on site.
Outcomes
Our Planning services provided the Principal’s Project Manager and Superintendent’s Representative with effective project management, risk mitigation, claims assessments. The project was successfully completed within the contingency timeframes.
