Baldivis Childcare Centre located at Lot 158, Cnr Nairn and Atwick Terraces, is a two (02) storey building which provides service to 100 children in Baldivis. The structure for this project consists in reinforced concrete, structural steel and block walls, the scope of the project also comprised the construction of a carpark and external hard and soft landscaping
Role
Successful Projects role was to provide regular site updates and programming to assist Dale Alcock with reporting, forecasting and analysis for client reports
Outcomes
Our Planning Services assisted the Project Manager and Site Manager with monthly reporting. Through regular communication and coordination, the project was executed under the parameters accorded and activities re-scheduled as needed to complete the project successfully.
