RAAFA Bullcreek Apartments | Construction Planning
RAAFA Bull creek apartments consist of the development of 6 story apartments building featuring a clubhouse at the ground floor and carpark in the basement. Each floor has 10 apartments. The building structure was suspended slab with columns and AFS walls and precast walls for the lift shaft and stairwell.
Role
Successful Projects provided construction programming services to BGC. We prepared a Tender Program on consequently a Construction Contract Program on award, site visit updates and reporting. Our planning services helped the site manager to plan out the structural works at an early stage in the project, which helped to complete the structural works earlier than expected. Our updates assisted in identifying delays to the project caused due to lobby ceiling design clashes.
Outcomes
We assisted BGC to effectively manage their projects with construction program as an effective project management tool
