The Riva Como Apartments is a new residential development overlooking the Canning River, comprising 9 levels of waterfront living, 121 apartments, rooftop pool, BBQ areas, private seating zones, and residents’ dining with kitchen facilities, homage to the area’s art deco architectural heritage but expressed in a modern style. The residential unit mix comprise 1, 2 and 3 bed units and penthouse with basement parking.
Role
Successful Projects engaged by PRD Developments for Superintendent services from pre-award of contract through execution, ensuring all parties involved adhere to its terms and conditions, including assessing the quality of materials and workmanship, reviewing and approving project programs and monitoring progress, directing the contractors and employees on behalf of the Principal and issuing variation orders.
Current Status
Riva Como is due to commence construction in early 2025.
