West Perth West Perth Campus Expansion | Project Management
The Stanley College project in West Perth is an extension and internal fitout of their existing West Perth Campus. The first two stages involved an internal Fitout for the existing space while the college remained operational. The final stage was for an additional three stories providing another 6 classrooms.
Role
Successful Projects were appointed as Project Manager and Project Superintendent, assisting the client from design phase through to completion. We provided guidance to the client on alternate procurement strategies during a tight labour market. We also worked with the design team to explore alternative designs to increase the clients return on investment capabilities.
Outcomes
As a result of our positive engagement, we were further engaged to assist Stanley College with the development at another campus comprising the design and construct of a 2000sqm campus.
