Primavera P6 Fundamentals provided an understanding of the basic features of the software. Sample projects were utilized to work through the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution. Some of the benefits offered include analysing risks and costs, resource management, quick and easy forecasting, enhanced communication, and robust graphic output.
